Your Rights

Depending on the privacy legislation applicable to your location, you may be entitled to access personal information relating to you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for information to be erased. You may also withdraw consent when consent is the legal basis for processing, subject to applicable law.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Individuals residing in California may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. These rights may include requesting details about the categories and uses of personal information, seeking deletion, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and exercising privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

If specific Application features require information that can identify you, the Service Provider may request the relevant details. Any such information will be handled according to this Privacy Policy and the legal requirements that apply.

Third-Party Access

The Service Provider may share aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise de-identified information with external providers to help assess performance, maintain existing features, and improve the Application and its associated services. Such information is intended not to directly identify an individual.

Information may also be disclosed to third parties in other circumstances permitted by law and consistent with the practices explained in this document.

International Data Transfers

Information relating to users may be handled by the Service Provider or its third-party partners in countries other than the country where the user resides. This may include destinations outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

  • The individual's consent, where consent is a valid and legally required basis for the transfer.

Privacy requirements differ across jurisdictions, and the level of protection available may vary. Where necessary, appropriate protective measures and required authorizations will be established before a transfer takes place.

Third-Party Services

Thunder Stadium Rush may integrate services supplied by external companies. These providers may process certain information under their own privacy policies and terms. The services that may be used by the Application include:

The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following circumstances:

  • When disclosure is required to comply with applicable legislation, a valid court order, a subpoena, or another lawful request.
  • When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider's legal rights, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a legitimate request from a public authority.
  • When information must be provided to authorized contractors or service providers carrying out tasks on behalf of the Service Provider. Such parties must be subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations and may not use the information independently for unrelated purposes.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop future collection of information through the Application by uninstalling Thunder Stadium Rush from your device. Once removed, the game will no longer collect additional information from that device through its own installed functionality.

Please note that information transmitted before uninstallation may continue to be retained by the Service Provider or external providers according to their respective retention policies and applicable legal obligations.

For requests involving the deletion of personal information, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy matters, please email [email protected].

  • Automatically Collected Information: Usually retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless a longer period is necessary for legal or compliance purposes.
  • Aggregated or Anonymized Information: May be kept indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.
  • Information Required for Legal Compliance: Retained for the period prescribed by the relevant laws or regulations.

You may request the deletion of your personal information. However, some records may need to be preserved to satisfy legal requirements or resolve legitimate obligations.

Children

Thunder Stadium Rush is not designed specifically for children under 13 or below any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The Service Provider does not knowingly seek personal information from children or deliberately direct the Application's services toward them.

Where parental or guardian permission is legally required, children must not use the Application without the necessary authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances where such collection is prohibited.

If the Service Provider discovers that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to remove that information from its systems as promptly as practicable.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact NOVATOR KOM at [email protected]. The matter will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken where necessary.

Depending on the nature of the information and the risks involved, these measures may include access restrictions, technical safeguards, and appropriate internal procedures designed to reduce the possibility of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when notification is required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally necessary, the notification may explain the general circumstances of the incident and the measures taken or planned to investigate and address it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This document may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Thunder Stadium Rush, the technologies it uses, applicable legal requirements, or the way information is handled.

When a significant revision is made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published with a revised effective date. If applicable law requires users to consent to a material change, the necessary consent will be obtained before the change takes effect.
