The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

- when the Service Provider reasonably believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect the safety of users or other persons, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to an authorized governmental request;

Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent additional information from being collected through your mobile device by removing Rapid Sport Legends from your device. Uninstalling the mobile game prevents further collection through the Application, but does not by itself erase information that was previously sent to the Service Provider or its third-party providers.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider keeps personal information only according to the needs associated with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

Children
Rapid Sport Legends is not designed for children younger than 13 years old, or for any higher minimum age imposed by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.
Where applicable regulations require parental or guardian permission, the Application should not be used without the required authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has submitted personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to remove that information from its systems without undue delay. The Service Provider takes the protection and confidentiality of information seriously. Appropriate physical, technical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are maintained to help protect information that is processed and stored by the Service Provider.
